2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $49 USD.
  • Orders below $49 will incur a flat shipping fee of $8 USD.
  • Express or expedited shipping options (where available) will be shown at checkout with their respective costs.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • All shipments include a trackable link sent via email after dispatch.
  • Tracking may take 48–72 hours to update, especially during carrier transitions.
  • If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, please contact the carrier first, then contact us if unresolved.

7. Delivery Issues

If your package is:
