We offer a 30-day return policy for customers worldwide, including those in the United States, European Union, and the United Kingdom.
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order, for any reason, in accordance with your statutory rights.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Items must be returned in a resalable condition.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-returnable items include:
- Custom-made or personalized products (unless faulty)
- Final sale or clearance items (if explicitly marked)
- Items not in original condition due to misuse
3. How to Start a Return

- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos if the product is damaged or defective
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or faulty item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- We’ll notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
